Deep Dive
The Re-engineer phase is where strategy becomes reality. It's the hardest phase because it requires changing how people work while the business keeps running. This phase maps competencies across the organization, assesses leadership readiness, redesigns core processes, and identifies automation and digitalization opportunities. It also addresses culture directly: the behaviors, norms, and unwritten rules that either support or undermine the strategy. Re-engineering isn't about cutting. It's about building the organization that can execute the strategy.
