Deep Dive
The Expand phase is where transformation becomes wealth creation. By this point, the company has a clear brand, proven operations, strong financials, and a team that can execute. Now it's time to scale: through franchise models, strategic partnerships, equity and debt financing, geographic expansion, or preparing for an exit. This phase also includes valuation roadmapping, helping founders understand what their company is worth and what levers increase that value. Expansion without the foundation built in Phases 1-6 is just replicating problems. With the foundation, it's compounding value.
