Percentage of Orders Fulfilled Completely

Fill rate measures the percentage of customer orders that are shipped complete on the first attempt. Partial shipments and backorders reduce the fill rate.

Low fill rates increase shipping costs, frustrate customers, and signal inventory or warehouse problems. A fill rate below 95% usually means something structural is broken.
